What an incredible afternoon with the awesome team from Peregrine Wealth, as part of the Guernsey office’s annual staff conference. We love it when participants feel comfortable enough to speak the truth openly. Because without honesty, innovation workshops simply don’t work - clarity drives change. Before we began Peregrine Wealth’s INSO • Inspired workshop, we asked the team three key questions: - Do you genuinely want to make change and grow? - Are you willing to challenge yourselves - and be challenged by us? - Will you commit time, energy and resources to turning ideas into action? They didn’t just answer “yes.” They delivered on all three in spades.
